As a photographer, I am interested in why the photograph is being made, what it will be used for, what it has to say, what the circumstances of its making are. I am interested in context. I see photography as part of a whole that tells a story. 

I am an awarded photo editor. I work with photographers, publishers help them find the strengths of the photographic stories they create or publish.

I design and consult for companies and institutions on their image style and provide creative supervision.

I specialize in long-term projects and collaborations. Time is the value that ignores fast online trends and guarantees quality and professionalism.

Dozens of interviews and reports. From war zones, from the Chernobyl zone as well as stories of Czech craftsmen or inspiring people with a vision.

I work on topics for a long time, even years. We have been working on the story of Lukáš Hirka, a war veteran with a brain injury, into two books for ten years.

I work with context and the method of slow-journalism. I prefer to put them into shapes like books or thematic zines/magazines.

For companies, brands, freelancers or institutions I prepare concepts of what content to create, what will be the meaning, the use, what will it bring to the client.

I learned from the best. In the Boomerang agency, which laid the foundations of content marketing in the Czech Republic, I led the cult international award-winning magazine ČILICHILI as creative director and photo editor.

Passing on my experience to the next generation is the highlight of my work. That is why I prepare workshops, lectures and prepare serious photography students to study at art colleges. I mentor selected photographers for a long time.
